We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team and support pre-sales and early customer engagements for our iROADS and iMAAP products. This role suits someone who enjoys working close to customers, setting up working environments, and helping teams see real value from the software during evaluations and pilots.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, helping to prepare demos, onboard data, deploy systems, and support technical discussions. You will play a key part in helping customers assess our products and in feeding back practical input to improve product readiness and delivery.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with solid cloud and DevOps skills who wants to combine hands-on technical work with customer interaction in a fast-moving product team.
Role Summary
This role is responsible for enabling high-quality customer demonstrations, data onboarding, deployments, and environment configurations to accelerate sales cycles and ensure successful customer evaluations.
The Solution Engineer will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, providing technical expertise and operational support throughout pre-sales activities and early customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain customer-facing demonstrations for iROADS and iMAAP
- Support pre-sales evaluations, PoCs, and pilot deployments
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes-based environments
- Implement DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Configure and operate monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during customer engagements
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback, issue resolution, and feature validation
- Maintain demo assets, deployment templates, dashboards, and documentation
- Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and observability standards
Essential skills and experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
- Experience in working with different type data workloads
- Proven DevOps experience
- Experience with Azure and AWS
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with cloud-native distributed systems
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Desirable skills and experience
- Previous experience with Terraform, Helm, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog
- Exposure to data platforms and microservices architectures
- Experience in Solution Engineering or Pre-Sales roles
