Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote products/services, and support business growth through effective telephone communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to introduce company products or services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular customer communication.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Update customer information and prepare periodic reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM software)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
