We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Textile & Fashion (B2B)
Design Library of India (DLI) is building the future of design intelligence and buyer collaboration for the Indian textile and home furnishing export industry.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the textile and fashion ecosystem who can build relationships with exporters, manufacturers and buying houses while driving business growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard textile and home furnishing exporters
- Build relationships with founders and senior management
- Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate and qualify B2B leads
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and follow-up process
- Coordinate with internal product and operations teams
- Represent DLI at industry meetings, exhibitions and networking events
- Achieve business development targets while maintaining long-term client relationships
We're Looking For
Master's Degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent
Educational background in Fashion, Textiles or Apparel
Preferred qualifications include:
- Fashion Technology
- Textile Technology
- Textile Engineering
- Fashion Management
- Apparel Management
- Merchandising
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the Indian textile and apparel industry
- B2B sales and relationship management
- Negotiation and consultative selling
- Professional email and LinkedIn communication
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
- Self-driven with strong ownership and execution mindset
Job Details
Location: Surajpur, Greater Noida (On-site)
Full-Time
Monday – Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Probation: 6 Months
