Job Responsibilities
· Explain legal service features and benefits to clients
· Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls
· Close sales and achieve targets
· Generate business from clients
· Coordinate effectively with legal consultants and clients
· Maintain healthy client relationships
· Convert leads into sales closures
· Use CRM software to maintain and update customer databases
· Ensure timely follow-ups and client servicing
Requirements
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
· Strong communication skills are mandatory
· Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
· Candidates without prior experience may initially be hired for Lead Generation and can be moved to the Sales role after 3 months based on performance
· Ability to adapt communication styles as per client requirements
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
· Prior telesales or similar experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
