Position Overview
The Management Associate serves as a key member of the Office of the Directors, providing executive-level support to the Board of Directors in driving strategic initiatives, business transformation, governance, and organizational excellence across the VTrust Group. The role requires a mature professional capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment, managing cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with senior leadership, and ensuring effective execution of organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Office
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate Board Meetings, Executive Reviews, and Leadership Meetings.
- Prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensure timely closure of action items.Manage executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documentation.
Strategic Initiatives
- Coordinate and monitor organization-wide strategic projects.
- Support execution of business expansion, new initiatives, and organizational development projects.
- Track milestones, risks, timelines, and project deliverables.
Corporate Transformation
- Coordinate implementation of ERP, ELMS, digital automation, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise systems.
- Support business process re-engineering and standardization initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams and external consultants on transformation projects.
Corporate Governance
- Support development and implementation of organizational structures, SOPs, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up of Board decisions and strategic priorities.
Business Planning & Analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and business reviews.
Conduct business research, benchmarking, and analytical studies to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Business Heads, Functional Heads, and Branch Leadership to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.
- Monitor progress and provide periodic updates to the Directors.
Qualification
MBA from a recognized institution preferred.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related disciplines may also be considered.
Experience
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Executive Office, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, or similar corporate leadership support roles.
*Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and working with senior management is essential.
Experience in healthcare, education, or multi-business organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
