Key Roles & Responsibilities Process Design and Optimization
· Analyze client requirements and specifications to develop efficient and cost-effective process designs.
· Perform process simulations and modeling using tools such as AutoCAD Plant 3D to optimize process parameters.
· Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Equipment Selection and Sizing
· Select suitable equipment including reactors, pumps, and heat exchangers based on process needs.
· Perform equipment sizing to ensure optimal performance and production capacity.
· Evaluate vendor offers and technical specifications for final selection.
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
· Conduct HAZOP and FMEA studies to identify and mitigate process risks.
· Prepare risk assessment reports and recommend safety improvements to ensure regulatory compliance.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
· Prepare and execute FAT activities for final approval.
· Perform QC checks for autoclavable fermenters.
Tagging of Valves and Equipment
· Execute tagging of valves and equipment after project completion as per standards.
Bill of Materials (BOM)
· Develop and maintain process BOMs for projects.
Process Validation & Documentation
· Execute validation protocols to verify installation, operation, and performance.
· Compile validation packages for client and regulatory submission.
Client Documentation
· Prepare DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
· Compile validation reports, test data, and compliance documents.
Operation Manual Development
· Prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals for in-situ bioreactors and glass fermenters.
· Develop QC documentation for glass vessels.
Testing Protocols
· Prepare FAT and SAT protocols and testing reports for in-situ fermenters.
· Support FAT execution activities.
SOP Development
· Develop SOPs for fermentation processes including CIP, ESIP, FSIP, APT, thermosiphon sterilization, and pneumatic top plate lifting.
Pre-Requisition Support
· Prepare and share pre-requisite lists with clients prior to project execution.
Required Qualifications
· B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical, Biotechnology, or related field
· 0–1 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong knowledge may be considered)
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred
· Understanding of fermentation systems and validation practices is an advantage
Key Skills
· Process design and equipment sizing

· Knowledge of GMP and validation practices

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
