Patient Care Coordinator or GRO
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Patient Care Service team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and supervision, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Patient Care Service team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans, focusing on quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care services.
- Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction and feedback, making necessary improvements.
- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient care standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in patient care and supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices, including quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and technology, including electronic health records systems.
Qualification Required: Post Graduation or Masters
