Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Contact leads generated through website forms, Google, social media, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with interested prospects until they are converted or closed.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales. ( Fresher Can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
