· Need to maintain full records of service related issues with the customer.
· Any service related issue with the product, it is Technician responsibility to speak to concern manufacture support staff in resolving the issues w.r.t client satisfaction priority.
· Weekly emails to be sent to management on what service revenue generated and new clients registering with PAHARA for AMC service.
· Service Technician is responsible to solve any kind of issue with multiple brands existing in the market and get clients 100% satisfaction with our expertise.
· It is Service Technician responsibility to maintain the Monthly service calls list and track them till 100% completed and respective revenue to be highlighted to management while in review meetings to get the bonus after reaching the target.
· Any service related material sent for RMA that has to be tracked till we receive the replacement or credit note and shall inform to office admin to update the records.
· Small kind of CCTV, Biometric, Alarm System, Video Door phone etc installation to be commission by Service Technician and train client till he is satisfactory.
· You are responsible to travel any time anywhere under company expenditure to claim for attending service related issue to solve return back.
· Any kind of remote area project to be taken care and plan to finish on timely basis, any support from the company to be addressed prior to get support.
