We are looking for a reliable and good-communication individual for a part-time Work From Home role in a growing real estate business.
The role will primarily involve telecalling, lead qualification, property-owner calling and follow-up.
The candidate will work with an internal sales team and help convert enquiries into genuine business opportunities.
Real estate experience is not compulsory. Training and process guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners and prospective clients.
- Generate and verify residential rental property information.
- Handle initial calls for incoming real estate enquiries.
- Understand client requirements such as: Preferred location Property type Budget Purchase/rental requirement Expected timeline
- Follow up with existing enquiries and potential clients.
- Qualify leads before forwarding them to the sales/field team.
Support lead qualification for ongoing real estate project campaigns.
Maintain lead and property information in Google Sheets. Coordinate qualified leads with the appropriate team member.
Maintain regular follow-up and provide daily status updates.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi. Comfortable communicating in English.
Confident and polite while speaking on the phone.
Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp and email.
Good follow-up and record-keeping skills. Able to work independently from home. Punctual, disciplined and responsible.
Nashik/local area knowledge will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
