Job Description:
Are you a smart, go-getter with excellent communication skills? Extramarks is looking for dynamic freshers to join our B2B sales team. You will be responsible for bringing sales directly from schools by pitching our digital learning solutions (Smart Class, LMS, IFP Panels etc.) to Principals, Directors, and school owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools within your assigned zone to generate leads.
- Build relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Coordinators).
- Deliver product demos and explain the value of Extramarks’ B2B offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for school subscriptions/licensing.
- Follow up on proposals and close deals.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc preferred).
- Must own a smartphone, Laptoo and basic two-wheeler (mandatory).
- Fluent in English & Local Language (Hindi/Regional).
- Confident, presentable, and hungry to earn incentives.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
