Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR coordination. The candidate should be able to source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. They must have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Assist in basic HR activities when required.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Basic understanding of HR processes.
Ability to handle multiple requirements.
Good follow-up and documentation skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate should be confident, responsible, and target-oriented.
Experience in IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
