About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Preschool Centre Head to lead the launch and day-to-day management of our new preschool centre. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, confident in managing people, and capable of building a strong centre from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the pre-opening and launch of the new preschool.
Manage all day-to-day centre operations, safety, hygiene and administration.
Recruit, train, mentor and manage teachers and support staff.
Ensure high standards of teaching, curriculum implementation and child development.
Drive admissions, parent engagement and centre growth.
Conduct centre tours and interact confidently with prospective parents.
Build strong relationships with existing parents and handle concerns professionally.
Plan and oversee school events, activities and parent engagement initiatives.
Monitor staff performance, attendance and overall centre standards.
Manage centre resources, expenses and operational requirements.
Work closely with management to achieve enrolment, quality and business targets.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in preschool/early years education.
Previous experience as a Centre Head, Academic Coordinator or Preschool Manager.
Experience in setting up or launching a new preschool is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education and play-based learning.
Excellent communication and people-management skills.
Warm, approachable and child-centric personality.
Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented.
Comfortable handling both educational and business responsibilities.
