Role Overview
Agriya Green Power Private Limited is seeking an organized, data-driven, and proactive CRM Specialist / Lead to manage and optimize our end-to-end customer and lead pipelines. In this role, you will be the custodian of our client database, ensuring seamless conversion from initial inquiry to project execution and after-sales service.
You will manage incoming commercial leads, automate sales workflows, and coordinate between the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure an excellent experience for our corporate, retail, and solar EPC clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience administering or managing modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Zoho CRM, or specialized Solar CRMs).
- Industry Context: Previous experience in Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, Electrical Manufacturing, or Real Estate/Infrastructure development is highly preferred.
- Automation Aptitude: Experience setting up system integrations via workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) to link marketing platforms, web forms, and external lead generation tools to the central CRM.
- Analytical Background: Strong proficiency in data analysis, generating pivot tables, and distilling numbers into clear actionable trends for leadership review.
- Communication: Strong professional communication skills to effectively collaborate across core administrative, technical, and executive layers.
Pay: ₹9,642.71 - ₹31,595.69 per month
