Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Implement and improve financial controls and procedures.
- Support business growth through financial analysis and strategic planning.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of taxation, GST, and statutory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance and accounting management.
