We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our Admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding prospective students through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students from assigned enquiries and leads.
Counsel students and parents on academic programs and the admission process.
Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into admissions.
Build strong relationships with prospective students through professional communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
Prepare and submit daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve individual admission and conversion targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong counseling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling telephone conversations and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM tools).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in academic counseling, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
