Job Purpose
Manage and execute all visual communication, packaging artwork, and printing media in full compliance, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

5 + years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Artwork & Design
- Develop and execute artwork for product labels, cartons, packaging, monographs, Key Literature Documents (KLD), promotional materials, brochures, scientific leave-behinds, and doctor-oriented communications.
Packaging & Printing
- Manage the end-to-end packaging design process from concept to print.
- Coordinate with printers and manufacturers for label printing, carton development, and batch-specific updates.
- Ensure accuracy in composition details.
Vendor Management & Product Execution
- Identify and manage vendors for printing, fabrication, and branding materials.
- Handle printing, fabrication, standees, booth materials, exhibition materials, foam boards, certificates, awards, and event branding elements.
Exhibitions & CMEs
- Design and execute booths for pharmaceutical exhibitions and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.
- Create scientific posters and display materials.
Artwork Approval & Documentation
- Coordinate artwork approvals between the marketing team and external vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation of approved artworks, version history, and print-ready files.
- Ensure no outdated or unapproved materials are printed or circulated.
Website Updates & Greetings
- Update OF Website.
- Design greetings as required.
End-to-End Ownership
- Take full responsibility from design conceptualization to final printed output.
- Ensure installation and execution of branding materials at required locations.
- Monitor quality of final deliverables before dispatch or use.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
