Roles and Responsibilities
· Build effective cross departmental relationships and an effective working partnership with all parts of the organisation.
· Conduct technical research for new projects and proposals as per the goals of the organisation.
· This role is hands on and will involve a high level of professionalism, as well as extensive interpersonal engagement with key stakeholders both internal and external.
· Develop presentations and other materials for various executive meetings.
· Create and follow up on systems to track various projects and take proactive steps to ensure their accomplishment in a timely and effective manner.
· Provide data analytics and metrics of the organization’s productivity to the executive team and suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork and efficiency.
· Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
· Serve as liaison with staff, executives and senior management regarding project updates and proposals.
· Handle client inquiries, develop action plans and assist with preparation and dissemination of communications.

· Leadership skills: - Goal Setting, Decision Making, Relationship Building.
· Report analysis: write routine reports with proper grammar, a professional appearance and language which accurately reflects the flow of reports.
· Excellent client servicing skills.
· Actively appreciates and includes the diverse insights and ideas of other team members.
· Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications and equipment: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
