Experience: 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets
* Monitor KPIs, quality, and productivity metrics
* Handle client communication and escalations
* Drive team engagement and performance improvement
Position 2: Process Trainer (Operations)
Experience: 1-2years
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
* Develop training content and modules
* Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives
* Monitor training effectiveness and performance improvement
