Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities. The candidate will ensure projects are executed as per engineering specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role also involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure mooth and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of civil and/or electrical construction works.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in construction, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
Freshers with excellent analytical and communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
