Abby Draw Design Agency is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to support our business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and connect with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up with leads.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
