- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Managing attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Handling employee relations and grievance management
- Performance evaluation and staff development
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
