Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer handling. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and assisting clients in finding suitable real estate investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about sales.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may apply.
