Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our Freight Forwarding & Logistics team. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, or international transportation services and be comfortable working in the night shift to cater to international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding and Logistics services.
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing solutions for clients.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, or Transportation Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of international freight services (Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, etc.) is preferred.
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts.

Pay: ₹54,306.04 - ₹84,745.53 per month
