JOB DESCRIPTION
INTERIQ INTERIORS is looking for a responsible and motivated Civil Engineer to supervise construction and interior execution work at project sites.
The selected candidate will coordinate with contractors, workers, designers, vendors and the office team to ensure that work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily civil construction and interior execution work
- Monitor masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, electrical and plumbing activities
- Understand drawings and ensure proper execution at site
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors and the internal design team
- Check workmanship, measurements, material usage and overall work quality
- Track site progress and provide regular updates, photographs and reports
- Maintain daily site records and material requirements
- Assist with quantity calculation, estimation and billing measurements
- Identify site issues and report them to the management
- Ensure proper material handling, site cleanliness and basic safety practices
- Visit different project sites whenever required
ELIGIBILITY
- Diploma, B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of construction methods and site execution
- Ability to read architectural and civil drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and quantity estimation is preferred
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work at construction and interior project sites
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
WORK LOCATION
The employee may be assigned to the company’s operational office or any construction/interior project site, depending on work requirements.

SALARY
₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on qualification, practical knowledge, skills and interview performance.
