We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Active listening skills
- Customer-focused attitude
Qualifications:
- Any UG/PG degree
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
- 0–3 years in customer service or related field
