Mechanical Engineer – Crusher & Screening Plant
Experience: 2–6 Years (Crusher Plant Experience Mandatory)
Job Role
Responsible for complete operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of Crusher & Screening Plants. Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in handling Terex crusher machines along with other leading brands and must be capable of independently managing plant mechanical activities from installation to breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and maintain Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, VSI Crushers & Impact Crushers
Strong working knowledge of Terex Crushers, Screens, Feeders & Conveyor Systems
Experience with Metso, Sandvik, Puzzolana, Propel or similar crusher equipment preferred
Operate & maintain Vibrating Screens, Feeders, Belt Conveyors & Material Handling Systems
Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance activities
Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults with minimum downtime
Handle shaft alignment, bearing replacement, gearbox maintenance & coupling alignment
Troubleshoot hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Monitor crusher performance, vibration, lubrication & temperature conditions
Maintain lubrication systems and bearing health for smooth operation
Spare parts planning, inventory control & maintenance scheduling
Ensure maximum plant productivity and production optimization
Coordinate with electrical & operations team for smooth plant functioning
Supervise technicians, fitters & maintenance staff at site
Follow plant safety standards, shutdown procedures & SOP compliance
Technical Knowledge Required
Complete crushing & screening process flow
Crusher plant erection & commissioning knowledge
Strong understanding of Terex crushing & screening equipment
Belt Conveyor Systems & Material Handling Equipment
Bearing selection, lubrication systems & alignment procedures
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns
Ability to read mechanical drawings & layouts
Basic electrical coordination & troubleshooting support
Welding, fabrication & maintenance practices
Production optimization & maintenance cost control
Complete A–Z knowledge of crusher plant mechanical systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Background in Mining, Aggregates, Stone Crusher or Cement Plant Industry preferred
Strong field experience with hands-on mechanical work (not desk-only)
Ability to independently repair and troubleshoot crusher machines
Good leadership, reporting & manpower handling skills
Willing to work at plant/site location

Pay: ₹15,227.18 - ₹52,121.77 per month
