Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling counselling sessions, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable using AI-powered tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about study-abroad opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule counselling sessions for students with the admissions team.
- Explain university programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with interested students and ensure timely conversion.
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and website forms.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Prepare call reports and maintain updated lead databases.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Good persuasion and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, and similar productivity tools.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability to new technologies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
