Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategy
- Ad copy coordination and creative direction suggestions
- Daily monitoring and optimization of ads (budget, creatives, audience)
- A/B testing of creatives, copies, and formats
- Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and algorithm changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Meta Ads for e com brand
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
- Experience with conversion-focused campaigns (leads / sales)
- Knowledge of audience segmentation & lookalike audiences
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in D2C / e-commerce (preferred)
