- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP GRC solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to support organizational policies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
