Job Description
Jayem Automotives Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Incharge / PPC to manage production planning, shop floor operations, and manpower in our Tata Motors Engine Reconditioning Division. The candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling production activities from engine dismantling to final testing, ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor and control production schedules to achieve targets.
- Manage manpower planning, allocation, and team performance.
- Supervise complete engine reconditioning operations.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and inventory coordination.
- Implement 5S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Automobile or Engineering Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC), production management, and team handling.
- Experience in engine reconditioning or automotive manufacturing is preferred.

Salary
Salary will be based on the candidate's previous experience, current CTC, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
