Interns: Engineering Intern (Mechanical, EEE & Civil)
About the Role & Training Structure:
At Sheng Hui Technology India Pvt Ltd, we believe in nurturing young engineering talent through structured, real-world project exposure. Our Graduate Engineer Trainee program is divided into two distinct, performance-linked milestones:
Stage 1: Foundation Phase (Months 1–3)
Stipend: Fixed ₹15,000 per month.
Focus: Onboarding, basic technical training, orientation with MEP/cleanroom layouts, and site safety fundamentals.
Evaluation: A formal performance review by the Senior Engineering Team at the end of Month 3 determines progression to Stage 2.
Stage 2: Advanced Project Phase (Months 4–6)
Stipend: Increased to ₹25,000 per month (upon successful transition from Stage 1).
Focus: Deep-dive into active project execution, vendor coordination, design verification, and independent handling of assigned engineering workflows.
Final Conversion: Upon completing this 3-month advanced phase, final performance reviews and senior evaluations will determine your conversion into a Permanent Employee with a fully revised corporate salary package.
A clear, merit-based roadmap to transition from trainee to full-time permanent corporate employee.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist senior project managers with the planning, execution, and quality control of MEP and cleanroom systems.
Study, interpret, and cross-verify engineering blueprints, layout designs, and schematic drawings.
Coordinate daily site progress tracking, supervise installations, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Maintain precise engineering logs, compile daily progress reports, and assist in drafting technical documentation.
Target Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Civil Engineering.
Experience Level: Fresh Graduates / Final Year Students available for full-time on-site training.
Location: Must be residing in or willing to commute daily to Bangalore (near Kodigehalli Gate).
Skills: Strong grasp of core engineering principles, proactive communication, and basic familiarity with MS Excel or AutoCAD.
