Service Head – SPM Industry

We are hiring an experienced Service Head to lead end-to-end service operations for Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation systems.
Role Overview
Responsible for installation, commissioning, breakdown & preventive maintenance, and after-sales service support with strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service operations for SPM machines and automation systems
- Manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Handle complex technical issues (Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Hydraulics, Pneumatics)
- Lead and mentor service engineers and technicians
- Drive AMC contracts, service revenue, and cost control
- Act as escalation point for key customers
- Coordinate with design, projects, and production teams
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics systems
- Expertise in SPM machine servicing and industrial automation
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Customer-focused and strong communication skills
Qualification & Experience
- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics)
- 15–20 years experience in service of SPM / industrial machinery
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership role
