We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, WhatsApp, email)
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
Working Hours:9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist parents and visitors
- Handle admission enquiries and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Manage appointments and maintain records
- Coordinate with teachers and the management team
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
