Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US Process Expert who can independently build, manage, and scale a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling multiple US processes, driving team performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team from scratch.
- Independently handle and manage any US process.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage team members.
- Ensure process efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Achieve client SLAs, KPIs, and business targets.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in handling US processes.
- Proven experience in building and managing teams from scratch.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple US processes independently.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client handling and process optimization.

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
