- Assess and monitor the patient's neurological status and overall health condition.
- Check and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels.
- Administer prescribed medications and observe for side effects.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Support mobility exercises and rehabilitation activities as recommended by therapists.
- Monitor swallowing ability and help prevent aspiration during meals.
- Provide skin care and reposition the patient to prevent pressure sores.
- Educate the patient and family about stroke recovery, safety, and lifestyle changes.
- Observe for warning signs of complications or recurrent stroke and report them promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
