About the Role
ARA Discoveries Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or any related discipline.
- MBA (HR) graduates or final-year students awaiting results may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in Human Resources is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or HRMS tools is a plus.
