Minimum Machine Uptime to be achieved
Ensure down time Index
Manpower conversion ratio to be controlled as per target
Suggestion Meetings with Management, along with the new value-added suggestions for improvement.
Training to be attended
Monitoring Scrap Grinder shift wise
Maintain houskeeping within /outside the department.
Manpower allotment & training to new employee worker.
