Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage leadership calendars and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Organize appointments, site visits, and client meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
- Track action items and follow-ups
Client & Business Coordination
- Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, consultants, and partners
- Ensure timely follow-ups and updates
- Maintain professional correspondence via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Assist in proposal, quotation, and presentation coordination
Administrative Management
- Maintain company records and documentation
- Organize digital files and project information
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics when required
- Support day-to-day office operations
Project Coordination
- Track project milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Escalate delays and bottlenecks proactively
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
- Maintain trackers and management dashboards
- Generate weekly progress reports for leadership review
Pay: ₹12,585.63 - ₹20,000.00 per month
