Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive / HR Operations Executive to manage endto-end payroll processing and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll compliance, statutory regulations, and HR operational processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Calculate salaries, incentives, deductions, overtime, and arrears
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, and Gratuity
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary sheets, and MIS
- Coordinate with finance/accounts team for salary disbursement
- Handle payroll audits and respond to employee payroll-related queries
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities (documentation, induction, F&F)
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and HRMS data
- Track attendance, leave, and shift schedules
- Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Assist in drafting HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Relieving, etc.)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Management, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations
- Experience in handling end-to-end payroll is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
- Experience in manufacturing/retail/corporate setup (optional)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
