Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding debts by contacting customers via phone, email, or other communication methods. You will negotiate payment plans, maintain accurate records of all interactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet individual and team recovery targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers via phone regarding overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements that work for both the client and the customer.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database.
- Navigate difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and firmness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers professionally and respectfully
- Good Computer Literacy, including proficiency in using relevant software and data entry tools
- Basic understanding of Finance principles to manage debt-related transactions effectively
- Attention to detail, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities
- Previous experience in debt collection or a related field is preferred
Who Should Apply?
Experienced Agents: Candidates with prior agency experience in Debt Collections currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Freshers: Freshers with strong communication skills and proficiency in 2 or more languages can also apply!
