Location: Noida, India
Experience: 4–7 years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow FSM applications.
FSM configuration and customization
Implement workflows for dispatching, scheduling, and mobile workforce management.
Integrate FSM with ITSM and other enterprise systems.
Optimize field operations through automation and analytics.
Skill Requirements
ServiceNow FSM developer (must have experience in FSM configuration and customization, at least 2-3 years with FSM customization )
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM module.
Strong scripting and configuration skills in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with mobile app development and geolocation services.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics is a plus.
