Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience engagement
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Create and edit marketing content (captions, blogs, basic visuals)
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with designers and developers on campaign execution
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Executive, or similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing environment
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
- Understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation strategies
