Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Handle blue-collar workers, operators, helpers and contract labour.
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning as per production requirements.
- Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime, leave, absenteeism and attrition.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and industrial relations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, wages and labour laws.
- Manage contractor labour, statutory documentation, registers and labour audits.
- Coordinate with labour/government authorities when required.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure accurate attendance and overtime data.
- Drive employee engagement, training and workforce retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism and manpower.
Key Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Plant HR / Factory HR / Industrial Relations.
- Strong experience managing blue-collar and contract workforce.
- Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and Gujarat factory regulations.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or modular furniture will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership skills.
Education
- MBA / PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations / Labour Relations or equivalent qualification.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
