Job Summary
Antilla Estate Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. Candidates with prior Real Estate industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and corporate customers.
* Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
* Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and CRM records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
* Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
