Key Responsibilities:
- Create bills, invoices, delivery challans, and purchase entries.
- Maintain daily sales and purchase records.
- Perform accurate data entry in billing/accounting software and Excel.
- Handle basic accounting and ledger management.
- Track payments, pending bills, and customer accounts.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Coordinate with staff regarding billing-related work.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, billing software).
- Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
