Accounts & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense statements. Monitor receivables and payables. Assist in GST, TDS
Purchase Management Source and procure raw materials, steel, hardware, and fabrication consumables. Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries. Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
Client Settlement & Collection Coordinate billing and payment follow-ups with clients. Reconcile customer accounts and outstanding balances. Resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies. Ensure timely collection of receivables and settlement of accounts.
