Position: Quality Inspector
Industry : Precision Engineering components for different applications like Oil
& Gas Valves components, Machine Tool Divisions Components,
Locomotive, Pump and Auto ancillaries
Production Type : Batch Production

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure that manufactured
components meet customer specifications and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. The
candidate must have strong knowledge of inspection methods, measuring instruments, and
batch production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspection of machined components.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Bore
gauge, and Dial indicators.
Maintain inspection reports and documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Conduct first article inspection (FAI) and batch inspection.
Identify non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure proper calibration status of measuring instruments.
Support production team in maintaining quality standards.
Technical Skills Required
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of ISO documentation and quality procedures.
Experience in batch production inspection.
Basic knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualification
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining industry.
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 certified company preferred.

Good documentation and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
