About the Role
Uniservice Facility Management is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Transition Manager to lead the transition and mobilization of new projects across client locations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding of new accounts, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transition and mobilization activities for new facility management projects.
- Develop detailed transition plans, implementation schedules, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site assessments and identify operational requirements.
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Manage the handover process from clients or existing service providers.
- Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational manuals.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technical, engineering, and support teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges during the transition period.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR, procurement, finance, and administration teams for resource planning and budgeting.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project milestones and prepare management reports and MIS.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain service excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations.
- Experience in project transition and mobilization activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Corporate Facilities, and Integrated Facility Management companies will be preferred.
