About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in healthcare sales. The candidate will promote the hospital's specialties, diagnostic services, health packages, and corporate healthcare programs while building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, businesses, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the hospital's medical specialties, diagnostic services, and health check-up packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Visit corporate offices, industries, educational institutions, and community organizations to generate business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new referral sources and patient acquisition channels.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and referral targets.
- Maintain records of client visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
- Work closely with hospital departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Business, or Marketing preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of sales or healthcare marketing experience are also welcome.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting and interacting with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,718.02 - ₹33,268.54 per month
